These are mockups of popular games, which are Half-Life, Medal Of Honor,

No Need To Reload:

Get two Desert Eagles. Shoot one gun, then just as you reload, shoot the
other. One of the guns will constantly reload, and you can keep shooting
the other one. You will not have unlimited ammunition.
